All 3 of our children have been going to Dr. Mary Flanagan's office since their very first dental visits and my husband and I couldn't be more happy with the care that they receive. Dr. Mary and her staff are very friendly and caring and immediately put each of my children at ease at every visit. My kids love the video games and treasure house. My husband and I appreciate the professionalism of the dentist, hygienists, and office staff. We are always taken in on time. All dental concerns and procedures are explained clearly. All of our questions are answered thoroughly and patiently. We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Flanagan, her staff and her office. Our son actually asks to go back when we leave. Her office has toys, arcade games and a huge treasure chest with so much to choose from. The staff is always accommodating and friendly; and Dr. Flanagan is very nice and great with children. It's not easy dealing with a scared little one. They make the experience so much better! I have six children ranging from 9 to 18 years old. All six of them are patients at Dr. Mary's office. I started bringing my oldest child in 2002. Not one of them has ever feared coming to the dentist for a cleaning or a filling.They have enjoyed appointments with all the wonderful hygienists, and feel comfortable with Dr Mary, Dr Erin or Dr Kimberly treating them. It has been a great experience coming to an office that is so friendly and accommodating to my large family with a lot of schedules to work around. I love the game room that keeps my children occupied when waiting for their turn or their siblings to be done.
